How It Works

1- Submit Your Recruitment Request

Complete the Employer Recruitment Request Form with your job requirements, salary details, and candidate expectations.

2- Candidate Pre-Selection

We review your request and identify suitable pre-screened candidates from our network in Tunisia.

3- Candidate Presentation

You receive selected candidate profiles including CVs and short video introductions.

4- Selection & Agreement Signature

You select your preferred candidate and sign the Placement Service Agreement.

5- Hiring & Start of Employment

You sign the employment contract directly with the candidate and confirm the start date.

6- Success-Based Fee

Once the candidate starts working, we issue the invoice for the fixed placement fee of 599 € excl. VAT. Payment is due within 2–4 business days.
