NUZTA is not a party to employment contracts and assumes no responsibility for employment conditions.

4. Recruitment Model

The NUZTA service operates on a success-based recruitment model:

• Fixed fee per successful placement

• Payment due after candidate starts employment

• No upfront fees required

• Invoices issued by MAHDI HOLDING s.r.o.

5. Employer Responsibilities

Employers agree to:

• provide accurate job descriptions

• comply with local labour laws

• conclude employment contracts directly with candidates

• ensure working conditions comply with applicable regulations

6. Candidate Responsibilities

Candidates must provide accurate and truthful professional information.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MAHDI HOLDING s.r.o. shall not be liable for:

• Hiring decisions

• Candidate performance

• Employment disputes

• Workplace conditions

• Immigration or visa issues

8. Intellectual Property
